The Smoke Free app is a free stop-smoking service for adults in Norfolk who are ready to quit, whether it is their first time or they have tried before. It provides a comprehensive and flexible digital stop-smoking service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Smoke Free App offers: nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and e-cigarettes, behavioural support to help you stay on track without the need for fixed appointments, peer engagement support and progress tracking, and 12 weeks of personalised support. You can use this service if you are 18 or over and live in Norfolk and/or are registered with a Norfolk GP.
