This leaflet provides basic information for people who have experienced rape or sexual assault, including useful contact details. It can be difficult to talk about what has happened, and many people find it easier at first to speak to someone outside of their circle of family and friends. We’re here to help you at your own pace. Some victim-survivors may find it easier to talk to a male caseworker, some may find it easier talking to a female caseworker and this is ok. We will ensure you are able to be supported in a way that will work for you. You can call us weeks, months or even years after a crime. We are always here to listen and help
