Moving Medicine is a new resource that will improve conversations about physical activity between patients and healthcare professionals. This poster encourages patients to speak to their GP or Nurse about the benefits of increasing their movement (physical activity). The message is "who cares if you're not Fred Astaire? Keep your family healthy by moving together, one step at a time".
