We support thousands of people across Norfolk and parts of Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Lincolnshire, to remain living independently in their own home. Our service provides you with peace of mind that help is just the touch of a button away. We offer: personal in-home installation and servicing by a member of our team, no upfront rental fees (there is an installation charge), free home visits on faults or problems when these cannot be rectified by a phone call. These will be booked in around your schedule, a rolling contract with the option to cancel at any time you want, and once cancelled you are only charged up to the end of the month until equipment is returned by you.
