Ask Cora is a new AI-powered WhatsApp digital assistant providing around-the-clock access to information, guidance and resources for unpaid carers. It is currently being trialled as a service to help carers find the right information when they need it most. With 75 per cent of smartphone users already using WhatsApp, this platform makes it simple, accessible and convenient for carers to get the support they need at any time. Cora is designed to deliver information and advice specific to Norfolk carers. It uses content taken from the Norfolk County Council webpages and key partners such as Carers Matters Norfolk to give bespoke responses to anyone using the service.
